The Undergraduate Certificate in the Advancement of Computing – Information Technology is designed to develop marketable skills grounded in Information Technology principles. Upon successful completion of the certificate, students will have mastery of advanced skills to build a career in the area of Information Technology.
The Undergraduate Certificate in the Advancement of Computing – Information Technology will prepare students to:
Integrate a foundational knowledge of all areas of information technology
Apply fundamental principles and practices of information technology
Apply critical and ethical thinking to solve problems in information technology
Evaluate data to inform decisions and solve problems in information technology

This is the first of three stackable certificates with credits that apply to one of five undergraduate degrees at the School of Computing and Technology.
