The UCCS WiCyS (Women in Cybersecurity) Chapter, in coordination with the UCCS Cyber Programs Office, is hosting a panel of amazing women in various cybersecurity roles in the community to discuss The Imposter Syndrome.  Our panelists hail from a great lineup of Colorado companies and the government, including the Governor’s Office, Nox Health, Quantinuum, and Kratos. They’ll discuss methods to overcome these feelings, as well as how to avoid them in the first place. 

If you’ve ever doubted your abilities or felt inadequate regarding your skillsets among peers, this one’s for you. That feeling is often exacerbated when entering a new field, especially one dominated by men. Thus, The Imposter Syndrome.
