The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program that is designed to employ students over internships or co-ops, with the ultimate goal being full-time employment and integration with SAP upon graduation. This is a global program that runs in 12 different countries with over 1,000 students enrolled. The STAR program allows students to get hands-on experience and rotate between multiple lines of business such as SAP’s Internal IT (internal IT support), Customer Success Organization (software support, consulting, and field services), Enterprise Analytics (sales analytic support), Software Development and Custom Development (custom solutions for customers).
