2024 NCAE Cyber Games

🧑🏻‍💻 NCAE Cyber Games is a cyber security competition for college students who have never participated in a competition or hackathon before. Cyber competitions are a great way to build your skills and learn about the industry, but they can be intimidating if you’ve never tried one before. This program aims to make it easy (and fun) for students to see how competitions work and learn with others who are also new. In addition to building skills and exposure to industry tools, competitions can be used on resumes to show cybersecurity commitment and experience that employers and recruiters are looking for!

City University of Seattle wants to create a team with interested individuals for the 2024 games. Please attend a Cybersecurity Club Meeting or email Morgan Zantua if want to participate!

For more information about NCAE Cyber Games click here.

Google – Student Researcher, BS/MS, Winter/Summer 2024

🔹 Paid Internship Opportunity🔹

The Student Researcher Program’s primary objective is to foster academic collaborations with students through research at Google. Join Google for a paid Student Researcher position that offers the opportunity to work directly with Google research scientists and engineers on research projects.

The Student Researcher Program offers more opportunities for research students to work on critical research projects at Google in a less structured way. The program allows opportunities beyond the limitations of our traditional internship program on aspects such as duration, time commitment, and working location (with options for on-site or remote). The topics student researchers work on tend to be open-ended and exploratory, and don’t always have a clear deliverable like a traditional internship would. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$116,000.
