Message from Leadership

Morgan Zantua, Center for Cybersecurity Innovation Program Director

morgan zantua

As I reflected on composing this Message from Leadership; my last for the Spring Quarter, I reflected on Moore’s Law and an observation by Gordon Moore, that the growth of transistors (and innovation) would double every two years. A presentation on the relevance of Moore’s Law in today’s Tech Environment would be a great topic. Ultimately tech today is, in my estimation, all about continuous quality improvement.

Ahead of the Summer Quarter, we are announcing major Quality Improvement Initiative.

Dr. Ahreum Ju (photo above) is now the Director of Content for STC. Ahruem received her doctorate from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and is certified in Quality Matters. Ahreum has worked with STC since 2022 teaching Data Science and serving as Associate Director for the Center for Cybersecurity Innovation.

Ahreum first visible changes are the student surveys in Week Four and Week Nine.

These surveys go directly to Dr. Ju and your 100% honest response rate will enable her to implement the quality design changes we require to keep up-to-date with providing you the curriculum and learning environment that will prepared you for a successful tech career!

Your feedback is important to us and it enables us to improve your experience at City University.
